Porsche Experience is a program that allows participants to explore the full capabilities of Porsche cars in controlled and safe conditions. It combines driving excitement with professional training, offering a unique experience both on and off the track.

Challenge
Information Complexity

Porsche Experience is a highly complex ecosystem of offerings. There are multiple experience formats, each with its own structure and level of intensity.

Every single experience includes a wide range of essential information:

  • event dates and availability
  • pricing
  • detailed schedules
  • descriptions of the program
  • participation requirements (e.g. age, prior experience, completed levels)
  • different ranges of available cars for each formula.


The challenge was to organize this multi-layered information architecture in a way that remains clear, scannable, and easy to navigate – without overwhelming the user.

Emotions

Porsche Experience is fundamentally emotion-driven. It’s not just a service — it’s something that cannot be fully described, only felt.

It represents:

  • the spirit of motorsport
  • high-performance, premium-class vehicles
  • professional racing drivers as instructors
  • adrenaline, exclusivity, and personal achievement

 

This is a premium offering, targeted at users for whom emotion and experience matter more than price.

 

The challenge was to translate these intangible qualities into a digital form – capturing excitement, prestige, and intensity through design, not just content.

how to connect?

The core difficulty was bridging two opposing needs:

  • On one side: complex, structured, information-heavy content
  • On the other: emotional, immersive, premium storytelling

A traditional, data-heavy layout would reduce the experience to a catalog of events, stripping away its emotional value. At the same time, a purely visual, emotional approach could lead to confusion and lack of clarity.

The key challenge was to design an experience that:

  • seamlessly connects emotion with information
  • guides users through complexity without friction
  • reflects Porsche’s precision, performance, and premium identity

Designed a progressive, emotion-driven experience guiding users from inspiration to decision:

  • High-impact, emotional hero (video + CTAs)

  • Formula selection via carousel to avoid overload

  • Key information upfront for quick validation

  • Details revealed only within the selected experience

  • Soft onboarding (location, route, instructors)

  • Frictionless contact tailored to user preferences
UX Approach
  • Progressive disclosure: from general → specific, narrowing instead of expanding

  • Decision-oriented structure: support quick validation before deep exploration

  • Guided flow: from emotion → selection → details → onboarding → contact

  • User-type awareness in contact (phone vs. form preferences)

  • Trust-building mechanisms (advisor identity, balanced form length)
Visual Design
